Client satisfaction is the main goal of the group and the Client associated with it. Our primary objective is to establish an excellent working relationship between group and client that will continue to the end of the executive operation for the project. Not only will we act as the provider of forms and formwork equipments but also as the Client’s consultant in all related activities such as design, manufacturing, transporting, training for mounting and dismounting equipment, removing potential defects and troubleshooting.   Most services are free of charge. Some of them include holding  meetings attending by experts and employer. These meetings allow us to  share data and communicate more efficiently with the client so that we can reach a fully satisfactory decision for the project.

In such meetings, the experts of Boozarjomehr Industrial Group are informed of the special properties of the project, as well as the Client’s priorities.  This enables the Client’s experts to become acquainted with the special considerations of each formwork systems and/or scaffolding and their advantages and disadvantages, as well as up-to-date and state of the art discoveries that this company has made in the field of formwork.

The training for mounting and dismounting the form accounts is an after-sales service of this group and may be presented by the request of the Client.  Formwork experts will be present on the project site to provide the Client with such services. This group is more than ready to assist the Client  in any stage of the project where the employer needs a consulting assistant for using the formwork equipment.
